Keith Phillips
President and Founder
Keith Phillips founded Great Western Advisory after an extensive research, engineering and consulting career that started in the high energy physics laboratory at the University of Tennessee developing maser transmitters and plasma energy devices. This was followed by engineering and marketing stints at General Motors Corporation including work with Chevrolet-Pontiac-Canada (CPC) Advanced Vehicle Engineering.
He began his consulting career with Fortune 500 clients including ALCOA, Amp, Boeing, Chrysler, Corning, ExxonMobil, Ford, Nissan, Toyota, Xerox and Zimmer Bionet. Tapped by SAIC and later, by Booz Allen Hamilton, he led major transformation projects across the federal defense and civil agency sectors before helping to build three service-disabled, veteran-owned consulting firms.
